Playtime rules

• Grown-up supervisionPlease stay with your little ones and make sure they use the play equipment safely.
• Hands & hygieneWash hands and use the toilet before entering to stay fresh and clean.
• Baby areaOnly little ones under 18 months can play in the Baby Area.
• Age recommendationOur Play Village is for kids up to 6 — older kids are welcome too, but keep it fun for everyone.
• Take care of your stuffLeave valuables at home — we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items.
• FootwearSocks on, shoes off! Forgot your socks? We’ve got you covered at reception.
• No climbing on shop frontsOur play shops are for pretending, not climbing — let’s keep the fun safe.
• Food & drinkNo eating or drinking in the play areas — snacks are welcome in the café.
• Unwell little onesIf they’re feeling poorly, it’s best to sit out and take a break.
• Fun photosTake photos of your own kids — please no pictures of other children without permission.
• Clean upSpilled something? Let us know so we can clean it up right away.
• Respect the equipmentFollow the play rules on each piece of equipment so everyone stays safe.
