At Mini Minds Play Village, we’re all about creating a safe, joyful, and inspiring environment where children can explore, play, and learn. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them to ensure a smooth experience for you and your little ones!

1. 1.Ticketing and entry

   • Ticket purchasesAll tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased in advance through our website. Each ticket grants entry for one child; adults require separate tickets for £2. Tickets are valid only for the specified session date and time.
   • Late arrivalsLate arrivals may join the ongoing session but are required to vacate the premises at the scheduled session end time. Late arrivals will not qualify for session extensions or refunds.
   • Session durationPlay sessions are strictly 90 minutes, including a 5-minute period designated for tidying up. Remaining past the session time is not permitted.
   • No show policyIn cases of no-shows, tickets are forfeited, and refunds or rescheduling will not be provided. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

2. 2.Supervision and conduct

   • Grown-up supervisionChildren must be actively supervised by a responsible adult (18+ years old) throughout their time at Mini Minds Play Village. The supervising adult remains solely liable for the child’s behaviour and adherence to these terms.
   • Expected conductAll visitors are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, non-disruptive manner. Any behaviour deemed offensive, threatening, or inappropriate may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
   • Running and safetyTo ensure a safe environment for all, running is strictly prohibited in all play areas. Supervising adults are responsible for enforcing this rule with their children.

3. 3.Health and safety

   • Health and hygieneTo safeguard the well-being of all guests, we request that children who have exhibited symptoms of illness remain at home until they have been symptom-free for at least 48 hours.
   • Food and beveragesConsumption of food and beverages is restricted to designated areas only. Bringing outside food or drink is prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made due to medical necessity or specific dietary requirements.
   • Footwear policyFor hygiene and safety, our play zones operate on a no-shoes policy; socks or soft indoor-only shoes are required. If specific footwear is required due to a medical condition, please notify staff in advance of your visit.

4. 4.Facility use and personal belongings

   • Personal belongingsWe advise visitors to keep personal items secure. Mini Minds Play Village is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. All items left unattended are at the owner’s risk.
   • ParkingLimited on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk, and Mini Minds Play Village assumes no responsibility for any damage or theft occurring in the parking area.
   • Damage to propertyVisitors are responsible for any intentional or reckless damage caused to Mini Minds Play Village property, including play equipment and facilities. Mini Minds Play Village reserves the right to recover costs associated with any repairs or replacements resulting from such damages.

5. 5.Photography and privacy

   • Photography policyPhotography and video recordings are permitted for personal use only and must be limited to your family. Capturing images or videos that include other guests without their permission is strictly prohibited.
   • Use of personal dataMini Minds Play Village is committed to protecting your personal information. Personal data collected during booking will be used solely for operational and communication purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. 6.Guest restrictions and behaviour

   • Restricted accessMini Minds Play Village reserves the right to deny entry to adults unaccompanied by a child under the age of 12.
   • Prohibited behaviourThreatening, abusive, or offensive conduct, whether verbal or physical, toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated. Guests engaging in such behaviour may be removed from the premises without refund and may face legal action.

7. 7.Cancellations and refunds

   • Cancellations by usIn the rare event of session cancellations initiated by Mini Minds Play Village, guests will have the option to transfer to an alternative session or receive a full refund. Notification will be provided as early as possible.
   • Weather and emergency closuresIf Mini Minds Play Village must close due to inclement weather, public health orders, or other emergencies, we will notify guests at the earliest opportunity and offer rescheduling options or refunds as appropriate.
